In Q2 2024, the Android platform saw varied engagement across the top US theme parks apps, with user numbers and downloads reflecting the seasonal patterns of park attendance. All data is sourced from Sensor Tower, offering a deeper look into the app performance within this period.

My Disney Experience maintained steady engagement with weekly active users fluctuating around the 280K mark and downloads peaking at 247K in late April. Despite no revenue generation this quarter, the app's consistent active user base suggests a solid retention strategy.

NBCUniversal Media, LLC's Universal Orlando Resort revealed a downward trend in downloads, starting the quarter with 135K and ending with 76K. Weekly active users also saw a decrease from 417K to 313K, indicating a slight dip in user engagement during these months.

Disney's Disneyland® app showed an increase in downloads and active users towards the end of the quarter, with downloads jumping from 44K to 68K and weekly active users rising from 205K to 243K, showcasing a positive trend as the summer season approached.

SeaWorld, managed by SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment Inc., experienced a decline in downloads from 75K to 44K, while its active user count also decreased from 107K to 78K over the quarter, reflecting lower engagement levels during this period.

Lastly, Universal Studios Hollywood, another NBCUniversal Media, LLC property, had a relatively stable quarter with downloads hovering around the mid-30Ks and weekly active users showing a slight increase from 53K to 62K by the end of June.
